- Initial Consultation: We setup an initial consultation to get to know you and what you are struggling with. We will together define your learning goals.
- Plan of Approach: After the consultation, we will provide you with a plan of approach on the number of sessions, how, and where we meet.
- Coaching Sessions: The sessions are aimed to coach you on the learning goals we have defined. The sessions will be practical, insightful and will give you food for thought.
- Follow-Up Support: We provide ongoing support and follow up where necessary, and will plan a check-in after 3 months.
Team Workshops

E-Learnings

At Listen Consulting, we have created an e-learning program that can be taken as a one-off, or combined with the team workshops or 1:1 coaching.
How it works:
- Initial Consultation: We can setup an initial consultation when you are in doubt if the e-learning program will help you to support your learning goals.
- Plan of Approach: After the consultation, we will provide you with a plan of approach, and create an advice that fits your needs.
- E-learning: The E-learning is accessible for you with a life-time access.
- Follow-Up Support: We provide ongoing support and could, in addition to the E-learnings provide you with 1:1 coaching.
