The Art of Listening

Listening is an art.

Everyone wants to be heard, felt seen and understood. At home, in your relationships, by the government and at work. Conflicts often arise, or escalate, when people don’t feel acknowledged or understood. Results from workplace research say that people leave because they don’t feel valued, can’t express themselves, they feel no connection or support, they don’t experience autonomy or they have a bad relationship with their manager. This all comes down to one single thing: They do not feel heard.

I help leaders to listen to their team so they stay connected. With clear communication, real conversations, straightforward feedback and a strong connection.

Listening is an art. And when you become a master of listening, it will become part of you. Your team will feel connected and heard. And you, you can start leading. Leading by listening, not to want to solve everything.
